This policy explains what information Netbii ("we", "us") collects through netbii.com, why we collect it and how we protect it. If you have any questions, contact us using the email address on our contact page.

Information you give us

When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), country, the services you are interested in, your budget range, your timeline and your project description. We use this information only to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and manage our relationship with you.

Information collected automatically

We record basic, privacy-friendly usage statistics: the page visited, the referring website, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), an approximate country, the device type and a daily-rotating anonymous identifier. We do not store your IP address in readable form, we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we cannot identify you personally from these statistics.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie and a security token that protect our forms against misuse. They expire when you close your browser or shortly after.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, such as our hosting provider and our email delivery provider, under contracts that require them to keep it secure and confidential. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if they become part of a client contract. Usage statistics are kept in aggregate form.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), stored on access-controlled servers and only available to people who need it to respond to you.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
